I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is fantastic and the accommodation is quite comfy with an amazing view, the service left much to be desired, especially when it came to room service. Overall, it's a decent place if you don't mind taking a gamble with the rooms and dining options.

The location was perfect, surrounded by shopping options and close to attractions like Manila Bay. The only downside was the busy elevators at times, but it didn't take away from the overall fantastic experience.
